I’m a person in long term recovery from addiction and bipolar disorder, a dad, a son, a co-parent, an adult child of an alcoholic, a surviving brother of a sister I lost to addiction, a son to a mother suffering from codependency, a social worker, licensed clinical addiction specialist, a clinical supervisor, a yoga instructor, a person with a lot of lived experience that is still experiencing a lot of life, and using my past, my present, my recovery, my faith, my yoga practice, to carry a message of hope that anyone can change, learn to love themselves, love other’s unconditionally, embrace similarities, find peace and keep it by giving it away.
